Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping (Australia)

DEFAULT
Standard (Untracked): $1.00 for the first item + $0.50 for each additional item.
Tracked (Recommended): $5.00 flat rate per order, includes delivery tracking.

BULKY
Standard (Untracked): $2.00 for the first item + $0.50 for each additional item.
Tracked (Recommended): $5.50 flat rate per order, includes delivery tracking.


  • Dispatch time: orders are typically dispatched within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

International Shipping

  • Before placing an order, please check this link to confirm if we currently ship to your country.
  • International orders may take 1-4 weeks to arrive, depending on the destination and local postal services.

Tracked (Recommended): $10.00 flat rate per order, includes delivery tracking.

BULKY
Standard (Untracked): $6.00 for the first item + $0.50 for each additional item.
Tracked (Recommended): $10.00 flat rate per order, includes delivery tracking.

Important: customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply in your country. These costs are the buyer’s responsibility.

Local Pickup

  • Custom pickup is available for local orders, in person pickup also available at my upcoming markets (please check my instagram profile for the details).

  • If you’d like to arrange a pickup, please DM me with your order list and contact details so we can coordinate.

Refunds & Exchanges

  • All orders are non-refundable once confirmed and payment is made.

  • Please review your cart carefully before checkout.
